Grant Recipient Portal Access Form

Please ensure you have Digital Identity set up prior to requesting access to the Grant Recipient Portal (Portal).

myGovID is the Australian Government’s Digital Identity app. For more information on setting up your myGovID and linking it to a business in RAM, please follow the instructions on the myGovID and RAM websites.

The Grant Recipient Portal Access Form allows you to request access for the first Administrator in your organisation.

Administrators have the highest level of access and can view, add details and make changes on all available screens in the Portal.

To use the fillable PDF form, you must download it to your desktop. The form is not able to be completed when it is open in a web browser, for example Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox.

You can download the form by right-clicking on the form link, selecting ‘save target as’ or ‘save link as’ and saving to your desktop. Open the form on your desktop using Acrobat Reader, and read the instructions before populating the form. Make sure you save the form regularly as you are filling it in.

Acrobat Reader is a free program that allows you to complete the fillable forms from this website.

If you do not have Acrobat Reader, go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download webpage and click Download Acrobat Reader.

When the file download message appears at the bottom of the browser window, click Run.

When you see the confirmation message saying that the installation is complete, click Finish.

You will now be able to open the fillable PDF form in Acrobat Reader.
