Grant Recipient Portal Access Form
Please ensure you have a myGovID account prior to requesting access to the Grant Recipient Portal.
Grant Recipient Portal Initial Access Request Form allows you to request access for the first Organisation Administrator.
Organisation Administrators are able to read and create records and manage user access within their organisation.
If you require assistance with getting access to the Portal contact the helpdesk at GRP.Helpdesk@communitygrants.gov.au or call 1800 020 283 and select Option 5.
To use the Fillable PDF application form you must download it to your desktop.
Right click on the form icon and select 'save target as' or 'save link as' and download the form to your desktop.
Open the form on your desktop using Acrobat Reader, and read the instructions before starting to enter information into the form.
Make sure you save the application form regularly as you are filling it in.
The Fillable PDF form will not be fillable when it is open in a web browser, for example Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
If you would like a person or an organisation to act on your behalf for your application you can complete the Redress Nominee Form.
Acrobat Reader is a free program that will allow you to complete the fillable forms from this website.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download webpage and click Install now.
When the file download message appears at the bottom of the browser window, click Run.
When you see the confirmation message saying that the installation is complete, click Finish.
You will now be able to open the Fillable PDF form in Acrobat Reader.
