The Australian Government is inviting organisations via a restricted process to apply to deliver Family Law Counselling (FLC) services as part of the Family Relationship Services Program (FRSP) from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024. Funding will be offered to 36 organisations as a result of this process.

The objective of FLC services is to help couples and families to manage relationship issues arising from relationship changes, separation and divorce. This is through the provision of counselling, therapeutic intervention, support, information and referral.

FLC is available to intact or separated families, extended families and carers. When providing support to families experiencing relationship breakdown, counselling services will focus on the needs of children.
