AUSkey is moving to myGovID

AUSkey is being replaced at the end of March 2020, with a new government digital identity called myGovID. AUSkey is the current secure method that allows users access to the Grant Recipient Portal, the Data Exchange and other online government services.

myGovID is the Australian Government's new digital identity, transforming the way Australians interact with government online. myGovID users will link their Australian Business Number (ABN) to their myGovID within the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) and manage relationships and authorisations across Australian Government online services. myGovID is different to myGov.

Grant recipients will need to migrate from using the AUSkey credential to the new solution before the end of March 2020 if they wish to continue accessing online Government systems. Users can now access the Data Exchange and the Grant Recipient Portal using myGovID and AUSkey until the end of March 2020; however, we would encourage all organisations to switch to using myGovID now.

Information and guidance is available on the myGovID and RAM websites.
